How to Determine Center Point of Floor plan

Many floorplans are not square or perfectly rectangular and so it becomes difficult to establish the Center Point of your floorplan.

There’s an easy trick we use in Feng Shui to rectify this problem.

Step 1: Fit your floorplan into an imaginary square:

Step 2: Draw to diagonal lines to connect all four corners:

Step 3: The Center Point of your flat is where the two lines meet.
